Entering certain data didn't make adjustments, and users seemed to vanish. For example: 1 user was very past due. he came in and paid his fee. Normally, it asks if we wish to release the person from hold. It never did that. Another example... We had a long standing user. They recently moved to an area that we didn't cover. We went to adjust their account, and it didn't show in optigold AT ALL. Not under the persons name, username or phone number. Anyone else experience this?? -Tony
