Well, I wouldn't say that is a definite problem with Optigold... The problem
may be with LinkPoint's ability to receive the transactions. All
transactions run through LinkPoint via Optigold are all run exactly the same
(and use the same piece of code) for individual, batch, web based, etc.
transactions.
Now if it's something that is specific to certain customer(s) then it *has*
to be something that LinkPoint did not like that Optigold tried to pass to
it (the fields that Optigold passed were listed in the email a few days
ago). There has to be something unique about the customers that it is not
working with that has to do with those fields.
