Can''t remove "hold" on customerFrom: Lance Julander Date: Friday, November 27, 1998

I had a customer go on vacation. They called me on Nov 10 and
let me know they'd be gone a while. At that time their account
was paid up until Dec 10.
Thinking I knew what I was doing, I entered a "Hold Date" of Nov
10 (the day they called and were leaving). Now they are back and
I want to restore their account and give them credit for the time
they were gone.
I put a check in the box "Release Hold Now". When I try to exit
the screen I get an error box that says that either the account
is not on hold or that I don't have the privileges.
I'm pretty sure the account is on hold since it has the hold date
of Nov 10 that I entered. I also believe I have the privileges
because I'm part of the Administrator group and every little
privilege is checked except for the God Mode Delete and a vendor report.
If it makes any difference, their account says "Hold Until"
indefinitely.
Any ideas how I can bring them back to current status?
