From: Steven Mueller Date: Monday, November 30, 1998 Time: 9:16:26 am Here is what I'd like to do: My company offers a warning for the first offense for going over the time usage allowed in a given month. I'd like to have the customer flagged for a call back when the export file is imported at the beginning of each month. When the customer is called back, the call is logged, and the next time they go over the time allowed, OG will bill them for the time instead of flagging them. I'd like to know if this is possible or if it can be added into the next version. Also, a way to exempt certain customers would be nice... so "preferred" accounts don't get nailed for time usage abuse. Steven Mueller
