Manual Edit

Hi there!

I am a new user on OptiGold. Just recently got my data converted 8-)

Is there any problem at all if I manually edit a customer information? For
example, I had a customer came in and canceled her service today, so I went
into "status" and manually changed it to "Canceled" status. It had a
message displayed "There should never be a reason you should need to do
this".

One last question, does this mean that the account is now "canceled" and it
will not bill the customer from now on after I changed the status to
"canceled"?
