I did not send the attachment to the list, but rather directly to you --
apparently not received. Here is the format info in csv. This corrects
the erroneous creation of a QB vendor record by OptiGold's QB export
file. The field marked with {{{ }}} should be null. An example from
Intuit follows - also showing that field as null.
