So that's what it's doing. {grin} ANYWAY... go to Company Preferences and set the City/State Separator to: ', ' (comma+space) and the State/Postal Code separator to : ' ' (2 spaces). >-Is there a way to dis-able the fax number and payment type on the invoices?
