Been there now :-)....what is the "route to" field used for? Also, after I
entered the invoice for this customer (2 services, first is quarterly
billing, second is quarterly billed email) it said:

"Closing invoices will roll expiration date to Tue, Mar 30th, 1999"

What gives? This account should expire on 9/30/98.
