The "Receive Payments" button will attempt to close the oldest invoices. If you want to pick and choose which invoices get closed manually, do it on the customer's payments screen and at the top of that screen it shows a list of open invoices and you can choose which ones to close. - Shawn ------------------------------- Shawn D.
