Check the log file in the FMServer directory to first see if the files
were opened successfully by the server.

If they weren't, they probably are set to single user mode. Open them
with a copy of the runtime and put it in Multi-User mode in maintenance.

If they are open on the server but the client still doesn't see them,
make sure the client machine has a protocol selected. When it comes up
with the message "Unable to locaed MainMenu.USR, blah, blah, blah..."
click on the file called Network.USR it will allow you to change the
network protocol on a "dumb" client.
