Search Again: pending From: Dave Tanguay Date: Thursday, July 2, 1998 Time: 3:49:58 pm Hi Shawn, I have a problem here, I think. I have an account called lsdtv.com and the expiration date was 06/27/98. The account status said "Pending". That seemed to be ok. Today I received a money order from the customer, so from the main screen I selected "Receive Payments" and entered all the information and clicked "Enter with Receipt" I then went to look at the account and it said it was still Pending. so I rebuilt the indexes and checked again...still the account says Pending. Shouldn't it change to "current" ? It does show that the invoice is closed and there was a payment made. And it did change the exp date to 07/27/98 Also, it shows up in the pending accounts list when I click the Pending accounts button from the main menu. Any suggesitons? -Dave
