Search Again: Import Problems From: Luke Daley Date: Sunday, February 4, 2001 Time: 4:03:23 pm When I import the daily usage file, the block usage customers are having their "remaining block hours" credit reset to the negative amount of time they spent online. for e.g. if CustomerA was online for 4 hours after importing the usage their remaining credit is -4:00. I am wishing to import daily so is there a switch for this?
