No idea. We were using it. I was issuing a credit invoice. No idea
what others were doing. Then the coffee cup symbol came up.
We waited for more than 30 - 45 mins for it to go away and it didn't.
I had to then kill the optigold session and try to start it again.
It isn't often that we get a crash where I have to restart optigold.
This is the first time I've had one where I can't recover successfully.
