Yes, I know number 1 & 2 are under the Script menu, but one click on a blue
button in the Customer Info area is faster.

As to number 3, how about making a seperate form that could be emailed to
the customer, that they could print off. If they need the sign on info in
the future they would have it. I have found this to be very useful in the
past..
