Invoice Address not updating

We are running OG 2.6.3 and we just received a call from a customer
blessing us out because he has called three times to update his mailing
address. We have changed the address since the orginal call from the
custome and it shows the correct mailing address in the Customer Info
screen, but still when we create a new invoice and print it still shows
the old address on the Invoice.
Why is this not printing from what is on the customer info screen.
