It's possible, but then you get into the problems of defining an infinite
number of server actions. It may or may not happen at some point in the
future. The Domains and Emails tables were merged together about a year ago
as a preliminary action in case it is ever changed. So yeah, that's why it
was merged into a single Services table to give an option for future.
