We do, hundreds, all of the above.

Over the past year, we've moved HTTP, FTP, QTSS, Mail, and AFP from
Classic OS to OS X Server, with astounding success. Those machines
don't crash anymore. No, I don't mean they only crash occasionally
now, I mean they don't. Crash. Ever. Not even once.

All that remains now is to move DNS and RADIUS to OS X. It's ironic,
because those are traditional Unix services, but we love the UI of
QDNS and MacRADIUS. But we sure do want them on OS X. Desperately.

IMO, Men & Mice is aware of and all over this problem. I've certainly
inundated them with logs. I'm sure they'll get it fixed. They know it
hurts, and that hurts them too. Just one of the reasons I hope
they'll always be my DNS vendor.

For those that aren't already, install MacsBug with Tenon's
autologging restart on your servers. That way at least it'll log and
restart and be running again inside two minutes.
