We've spent a lot of time investigating this issue, but so far we've not been able to reproduce the problem. Basically, it seems like a very low number of users are experiencing frequent crashes with QuickDNS Pro Server. Some of those users have had this problem since version 2.x, while this is a fairly recent problem for others. This problem does not seem to be related to machine types or OS versions, but it seems like users with considerable DNS load are more likely to experience this problem. We will continue investigating this and I hope that we will have a resolution soon. In the meantime, we appreciate all info that you can provide. There have also been questions regarding the Mac OS X version of QuickDNS Pro. Although we can't commit on a specific date, we are aiming for a release around the same time Apple releases Mac OS X (scheduled for March 24).
