As technical contact, you should also be able to make the changes. If you =
use a different registrar, you could do a transfer to them with less =
hassles (I believe).
If that is not an option, I believe you can do a manual change, but that =
requires writing on organization letter head and maybe a Notary. the forms =
should be on the NSI website.
