the folks in "dns & bind" only chat about the downside of a server with a
low TTL is that it would be "peppered" with queries. which, i guess, is
another way of saying "super busy" or "stress testing."
so, perhaps i'm being overly cautious here ... i just like to keep the
number of stray packets wandering around the world down to the smallest
number possible ... ;-) ...
