Let me make sure that I understand you. Everyday, I have to go check the list of
accounts that are due to be suspended to verify which accounts are being
suspended for a balance due of less than $5. Then I have to go manually close
those invoices.

It would seem like this would be an ideal preference to create. Each isp could
put in their own dollar amount and then no account would be suspended for a
ridiculously low amount.
