This is something that I have been seeing fairly frequently lately (in the

last 2 releases). It seems to be periodic, maybe based on the load on the
system or something. I haven't been able to track down the exact set of
symptoms to regenerate the error, but if I retry the same request to the web
server, it will come back as a success sooner or later and then function
fine for several hours more.
