Ugrade field Mismatch

After I upgraded to 1.7.8, everything looked great except one thing. We
use pending accounts, I go in and check a pending account to approve it
and the extra Misc fields are messed up now.
Here is how we were using them
Right under the "CRedit Referral"
1st field "Special" this field is for how people heard about us
2nd "OS" Operating System
3rd "Software" Type they need
4th Not used
Now, When I go to create a new account or approve a previous one the data
is all messed up.
1st field is fine
2nd is fine
3rd has the same options/data as the 1st
4th which was not used now has what the 3rd field should have.
Do I need to re upgrade again or what?
