From: Jeremy Domingue Date: Saturday, December 12, 1998 Time: 2:51:00 pm Hello all, I'm evaluating Optigold ISP and so far I am extrememly happy with it... it does everything I could ask for and more. I have, however, run into a slight problem... I have some 'charter' accounts that only make a one time payment and should not be billed. I have 4 accounts like that in the system, but one of them insists on creating an invoice when I go to the 'Generate Invoices' program. The other 3 (which are set the same way) do not do that. For all of the 'charter' accounts, I have them set to no expiration date, and there is no billing cycle items for any of them. How can I get it to NOT generate an invoice?
