Sorting Tech and Caller Activity Logs

Shawn...is it possible to sort the tech support log and the caller activity
log so that the most recent call is at the top of the list? Seems to me
this would be easier for support people to deal with since the most recent
customer contact would be at the top of the list rather than having to
scroll down.
