Re:Cancel(l)ing Customers

Shawn,

Once entering in a date (say today's date) in the term. date field, a
customer should then show up in the cancel customers screen, correct? I
have taken away the ability of any employees to be able to modify the
status directly in the customer info field, and have instructed them to
enter in a date then go to cancel customers and the customer should show
up. Unfortunately, this is not working. Any suggestions?
