Actually, the correct result, according to the DNS records involved,
is "jp.review.co.jp.".

It looks like whatever reverse lookup function Tango is relying on
(probably in the web server) is broken - it's ignoring the record
types of the records in the returned result, and is simply reading
the first record returned. This was a common mistake, which carried
essentially no negative consequences, up until a few years ago. But
with the practice of classless subnet delegation now commonplace, the
function fails.

To work around the problem, unfortunately, will involve removing the
classless subnet delegation, at least for this particular address.
That means that the reverse record for this address must be handled
by idc.ad.jp instead of by your own DNS server.
