Okay, I talked to the CCAuthorize developers today, and they should be able
to add the VeriSign v3.0 API support by the end of the day today. So anyone
that needs it now (Brendan for example) I will shoot you over a file that
you should be able to swap to test it before it's part of the official
distribution.
