Unfortunately not. There are a couple problems... first one is that it's an
"all or nothing" type deal. So giving the ability to modify those specific
forms would require granting full source code access to the system. The
other is that even if it *was* possible, form changes would not carry over
during an upgrade, so they would need to be redone if you ever wanted to
upgrade.
