DNS Servers?

I have absolutely no clue on where to begin on this, but how do I set up
my own DNS server? I know I need 2 computers (one for primary DNS and
the other for secondary DNS), 2 static IP's (one of them is
"66.92.0.61"), a domain name (mine is "nick15.com") and QuickDNS for it,
but I have no clue on how to put all of that together.

Usually I would let my ISP do all the DNS stuff for my server. But now I
want to do this by myself on my own computers. What I'd like to know how
I can go about hooking both my Macs to the same DSL line (what
hardware/software are needed), and then also how to switch my domain
name from being run from my old ISP's name servers to my own DNS. The
later I think is probably the most difficult part for me.

I'm still fairly new to the DNS and web server business (worse yet, I'm
the only person here that knows anything about the server), so any well
explained explanations on this will be more than helpful. Thanks in advanced.
