Okay, I am confused to say the least with the Time Usage Import.
Time Usage Import - HOW?

From what I can tell from the docs, I should be able to import Livingston's Radius detail file directly? But then it says there is a Parser utility I must use first?
Anyways, I tried importing it directly, and nothing. I tried downloading the Parser.USR utility and I am lost. it looks like you are supposed to map each field to another field in Optigold after removing all the CR's?? Even after doing that each record will be different depending on if it's a start or stop record so that doesn't work either.
Am I missing something here guys? It should be WAY easier than this, especially if Optigold supposedly supports Livingston files directly. Could somebody please shed some light on this? Thanks,
