Well, the livingston format isn't the RAW log file, it's a "totals"
format that was only supported by livingston, and as far as I know, they
no longer support it anyway.
The Parser utility only cares about the stop records, so of course the
mapping would probably look strange if you compared it to a start record.
TECHNICALLY the parser is an unsupported utility anyway, since there are
quite a few different log file formats, it's really up to the ISP to
parse them into something that Optigold ISP can use.
A format with the minimum data would be a comma seperated file with login
and total time online (in that order). You can add additional fields if
you wish to use them in the following format:
login,time online,total calls,secondary time online,bandwidth used
