Search Again: ISP Management From: Dave Tanguay Date: Tuesday, May 1, 2001 Time: 9:18:52 am Hi Shawn, Some suggestions/requests I like the Web Interface ISP Manager., nice job :) When we edit the customer's contact info, can you please add Override Email to be one of the fields we can edit? Can you please also add The Miscellaneous fields 1 though 4 and allow them to be edited too? Maybe Business Type & Region too? ok maybe I'm stretching it =) the more info that shows (which we can edit) the better =) Also, can the "Accounts Due For Server Action" screen be added/integrated into the ISP manager? It would be nice to see a list of accounts that needed activation and the ability to click on each one to see it's account info and then activate from there. Since we can now send invoices from the ISP Manager, would it be possible to activate the Generic Scripts, Delete scripts, Hold scripts, etc...
