You can export data out of one and import it into another. The other option
is if you would like us to completely merge them for you we can do that, but
it is not an easy thing (usually takes a day or two and costs $1,000).

The web interface functions are separate than a merge, but once they are
merged you can use the web interface functions (you will need a copy of
FileMaker Unlimited for it).

As long as it can accept data as an import, should not be a problem. Under
the Export To Accounting section, you can specify a custom format.
