Please contact our sales department for resolution of this matter. I
frankly don't know the answer.
In general, while the 3.0 license allows you to run two servers on
one license, the 3.5 license does not. You will need an additional
license to operate two servers under 3.5. Whether we will charge you
for this, in this particular case, I don't know.
