With all due respect, the Sales department should clarify this
publically.

Right there is does say that the 3.5 will not let you run 2
servers with the same license. This is information that should
have been sent with the upgrade.

At no time do I recall (though I could have missed it) seeing
anything posted that this would require additional licenses or
fees to change platforms.
