NetTools HTTP Post

Got a request for you... when an HTTP request goes out that has a carriage
return in it, it's encoding it as:

%0D

instead of both linefeed and carriage return of:

%0D%0A

Normally it's probably not a big deal, but for what I'm trying to do, it
is... I confirmed it all by busting open a packet sniffer and watching how
the form was posted via NetTools compared to from a web browser.

Any way we could get it encoding as "%0D%0A" instead of "%0D"?
