Search Again: Newbie questions From: Sean Stephens Date: Monday, May 7, 2001 Time: 7:03:42 am Questions: 1. Why should an MX record NOT be set up in the format "xxx.com" and instead in the format "mail.xxx.com". Is there a problem associated with doing so? 2. My registrar of choice "joker.com" has taken over a WEEK to make a change to a nameserver (ns1 - they still haven't gotten to it yet), as a result of which I'm suffering from DNS mayhem. Anyone know of a registrar who gets things done quick that I can switch over to? Sean
