Right... the current version was similar to the old version, but Optigold
doesn't care about the entire detail log files. The old livingston
systems ALSO produced a totals log file, which is what it wants. But
that totals file is no longer produced by Livingston from what I
understand.

No... you can leave the start records in there, the Parser will axe them
automatically. The only thing you need to do is the Find/Replace thing
for the CRs as described on the main Parser screen.

Agreed... But yes, unfortunately there are many different formats.
Originally Optigold did support a couple different formats (that's where
the old Livingston totals log import format is from), but we were
bombarded with requests that were like, "Well, you support this format,
why don't you add this format?" After I would say 40 or 50 different
requests for different formats, we had to change policy and make the
parsing up to the ISP.

login=login (user name)
time online=total time online (HH:MM:SS)
total calls=number of connections made in the month
secondary time online=time online for secondary dialips if you charge
different rates for differnt POPs (maybe 800 access or peak-hours) also
in HH:MM:SS format
bandwidth=bandiwdth used (Mbytes)
