But yes, unfortunately there are many different formats. Originally Optigold did support a couple different formats (that's where the old Livingston totals log import format is from), but we were bombarded with requests that were like, "Well, you support this format, why don't you add this format?" After I would say 40 or 50 different requests for different formats, we had to change policy and make the parsing up to the ISP. >Could you please explain these fields?
