I am trying to create a load balance record for workbook.com so that when
making workbook.com point to www.workbook.com

people type in workbook.com in the URL field, www.workbook.com will
automatically pop up. What is the correct way to configure QDNS 2.2.1 to do
this? When I added a load balance record called workbook.com I had to take
that record out immediately because as soon as I did that, the QDNS server
stopped replying to queries. After I did that, I created a cname record for
workbook.com and directed that at www.workbook.com. That didn't work
either. Any suggestions?
