Hey Steve, thanks for your response. But what if I'm using the load
balancing pluging for Webstar? What then? If I create an A record, I will
only be able to point it at one of my servers right? That's why I though
I'd have to create a load balance record called workbook.com.....

Stephan,
If you are using virtual hosts with Webstar you need to do two things:
1)In QDNS set up an A record for workbook.com, not a cname record.
2)in Web* create a virtual host workbook.com, and share the same root folder
as www.workbook.com
That should do it,
