I have to, IMHO, disagree. This can and is handled by DNS. However, and
maybe this is what you meant, it is not handled solely by DNS. As you point
out you have 2 hosts and as such your server needs to be able to recognize
both hosts, but you still need the DNS to get it there. I base this on the
assistance I received from Chris Buxton from Men & Mice on this very issue.
The easiest way t do it is just add an A record pointing to your servers IP
address and create a virtual host on the server that shares the same index
file etc. It must take all of 5 minutes.
