I was trying to address the original question, which was about how to set up a
web site so that when a user types 'workbook.com' in his/her browser, the URL
will change to 'www.workbook.com' _in the browser_. That's done with an HTTP
redirect, not with DNS. Yes, there is a DNS component to it, in that you need
to have the DNS to get you to the web server with either domain name, but
that's a side issue that I was not addressing. The redirect itself is
performed by the web server, not DNS.
