The load balancing plug-in is only for use with QuickDNS Pro 2.x. QuickDNS Pro 3.0 and later do not need the plug-in. Keep in mind that both of these plug-ins are actually 4D products, even though the first one was distributed with QuickDNS Pro 2.x.
