Click the Bill CC/Bank Debit button on the main menu. That will attempt
to bill the accounts that owe you money. It bases it off the customer's
expiration date and account type. (Go to Accounts Preferences to make
sure the account types that your customers are classified as have the
proper invoice date threshhold set.

They will need an invoice generated first (click the generate invoices
button on the main menu).

Nope... Check to see if you have an invoice created for them. (You
cannot bill a credit card for zero dollars).
