I have noticed that every once in awhile, (for what reason I have no
clue), Windows (it doesn't seem to happen on a Mac for some reason) sends
the application a pause command, but it never send a resume.

There isn't a whole lot I can do about that one since it seems to be the
OS itself.

What I ended up doing on some of my test machines is I use the built-in
schedule service of NT and every 3 days I have it schedule to quit the
automated tasks application and then immediately restart it. I know it's
not the perfect solution, but it's really the best I can come up with
since I don't know why the OS is doing it.

Instead of the Loop Now button, you can hit the Start Tasks (since the OS
halted them).
