Re: Load BalanceFrom: Men & Mice Support Date: Wednesday, May 16, 2001
Time: 5:51:06 pmThe plug-in assumes there is a load balance record. If you're using
the older WebSTAR QuickDNS Responder (ships with QuickDNS Pro 2.x),
you enter the name of the load balance record into the pi_admin.qdns
page. If you're using the newer WebSTAR QuickDNS Load Balancer (ships
with WebSTAR 4), it assumes you have load balance records for every
name listed in the Virtual Hosts table - this is obviously not going
to be accurate, but I guess 4D (then StarNine) figured the extra LPM
packets wouldn't hurt anything.
