Search Again: Recover cmd / Lost Data From: Webmaster - RJS Online Date: Sunday, January 3, 1999 Time: 2:24:44 pm We just recently obtained the 100 user license of Optigold ISP and love it!!! It is a perfect fit for our ISP organization. I will be contacting your company Monday. In the mean time we are testing it with a live billing. We have about 90 users we invoice on the 1st to 3rd and we have invoiced about 40 so far. The problem is the power flashed and the computer locked up. When Optigold ISP was restarted ot said to run the recover program on multiple files. MainMenu, Invoice, LineItm, etc. I can not find the recover program. Help!!!!! We need to get these invoices out by Monday AM. I have also tried renaming the existing Optigold and reinstall the software and copy over the existing files in question from the install to one central location from both directories. This did not work as you may know. Is this common with FileMaker DB structure.
