All you need is a load balance record. I'm not sure how to interpret the data you entered in your first message, as it's not in record format. I simply don't have sufficient context. Perhaps it would be better if you simply copied and pasted any non-load balance records if you think they're pertinent. (You can copy and paste from Manager any record type except a load balance record.)
