shawn, in going through hundreds of records this weekend [what a way to
spend the weekend] I did see each and every one of these
messages....however in particular with the "customer has been..." when I
am giving credit to that customer I can click on the button multiple
times and I get the same exact message multiple times....I would think
that once the button has been clicked once the message would change...if
it was clicked a second time.
